Signed Wishes will take care of everything while you sit back and relax. A Signed Wishes installer will bring the sign to your location and set it up for you, then return when your rental is over to take it down.
Absolutely! We love helping surprise people. All you need to do is get us the address and we can get it done. Please let the recipient know they will be receiving a surprise the day it is to be delivered, then forward the care instructions we send to you the day before.
No, all displays from Signed Wishes are rentals ONLY.
Want the sign for a day, a week, or a month? No problem! Signs are rented for a minimum of 24 hours and can be rented by the day, the week, or the month. Ask us about special pricing for extended rentals.
No, all lawn care should be placed on hold while the sign is displayed in your yard. Please turn off all sprinklers in the area the sign is displayed and do not mow or weed-eat around the sign.
Rentals should NOT be moved, adjusted, or taken down by anyone other than a Signed Wishes employee. If a sign is damaged during your rental you will be responsible for the cost of the damages and will be billed accordingly. If a sign is stolen from your yard, a police report will be filed by Signed Wishes.
Signs are rented in 24 hour increments but installation of the signs take 1 hour or less. Depending on the size of your sign and the soil type of the installation location, it may take anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour to install.
You will receive an invoice with a link to pay with your debit or credit card. You may also pay through PayPal, Venmo, or cash in-person. If you'd like to pay in cash please message us to receive the details on how to make this type of payment. Signs are scheduled and designed once payment is received and must be paid AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. Availability is NOT guaranteed until payment is received.
Absolutely! Sign orders cancelled at least 1 week in advance(from sign installation date) will be fully refunded minus any card processing fees. Sign orders cancelled less than 1 week in advance will be refunded at 50% or credit your booking (at 100%) to a future date. Sign orders cancelled less than 24 hour notice will not be refunded.
Yes and no. If you'd like a sign for less than 24 hours we can certainly help with that. Just let us know at your booking the exact time frame you'd like to rent the sign for. We do not give discounts for sign rentals less than 24 hours.
